Portfolio of visual explorations 16′ – 24′

The is a portfolio compiling my visual art explorations in the past few years. For me, drawing and image making are less about self expression, but more so an introspective method of engaging the world at large. These exploratory projects therefore revolve around themes like immigrations, (visual) sensory overload as well as the meaning of analog drawing.. which are just a diversity of topics that have significances to me.

The portfolio is made in the form of a notebook. A format that is less about presenting the final product, but more on the thinking process, trail and error and how these images came to be. As I consider the act of drawing/ exploration is where the spirit of art lies in.
